Nach einer 9-stündigen Autofahrt waren die Kids natürlich voller Hoffnung in einem Pool hüpfen zu können, nur leider war der Bereich für Kids gesperrt. Zum Glück gab es in der Nähe einen tollen See und das Wetter hat gepasst, um das Erlebnis noch mitzunehmen. Noch etwas freundlicher könnte das Personal sein. Sie wirkten recht reserviert…

Piacevole soggiorno di tre notti. La struttura è buona, il personale molto gentile, ampia scelta a colazione e buona qualità del ristorante alla sera. Unico appunto: la doccia nella camera in cui abbiamo dormito non era il massimo, mancando di una tenda o di un box doccia vero e proprio e, avendo solo il doccino e non il soffione, è risultata un po’ scomoda.

Rigtig dejligt sted til afslapning og spa. Fin parkering. Dejlig mad i restauranten og virkelig god service fra restaurantchefen, Giorgio. Desværre var receptionisten ikke imødekommende, hvilket gav en lidt kedelig afslutning.

Il parcheggio coperto con l'ingresso direttamente in struttura è stato veramente comodo x chi come me si muove su due ruote , staff cortese e disponibile, ambiente silenzioso, camera spaziosa. Se posso, consiglierei di mettere qualche gancio in camera per appendere giacche, borsello, un carrellino per portare la roba in camera in un solo viaggio, ed un mini tavolino sul balcone. Esperienza da rifare.

Esperienza da non ripetere

La camera è spaziosa e pulita, ben arredata, ma caldissima e, imbarazzante per un 4stelle, senza aria condizionata. Di solito non sono un'amante dell'AC ma la stanza, essendo espostata al sole per tutto il pomeriggio, era soffocante. Aprendo la porta finestra che dava su un patio (che potrebbe essere migliorato!) entrava il sole, quindi impossibile. In dotazione un ventilatore!! Dovrebbero sicuramente migliorare il servizio accoglienza, decisamente un po' freddino in cui ti spiegano che devo pagare extra per ogni cosa! Mai visto in hotel servizio piscina (interna!) al costo di €15/cad per 2h, per un 4stelle mi sembra una presa in giro! Anche le zone comuni ben arredate, ma i vasi con i fiori di plastica sono a mio avviso segno di poca attenzione all'ambiente. Buona e completa invece la colazione.

Camera confortevole, molto ampia e ben arredata. Purtroppo il riscaldamento era troppo alto e non c'era possibilità di abbassarlo. Siamo stati constretti a tenere le finestre aperte e abbiamo faticato a dormire. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Trento e le principali località di montagna per fare una passeggiata. Ristorante buono ma servizio troppo veloce, suggerirei di rallentare per permettere agli ospiti di godersi i momenti di convivialità tra una portata e l'altra. SPA non molto curata e minimale.
