「Otel gayet güzeldi ilk odada sıkıntı yaşadık ama resepsiyon daki arkadaş hemen müdahale etti ve odamızı değiştirdi gayet memnun kaldık kahvaltıda güzeldi teşekkürler kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz」

「The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. 」

「excellent personal and nice hotel」

「Very good」

「Thank you」

「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in late at night only to find that the lights in the room were not working properly, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely old and poorly maintained. Instead of getting the rest I needed, I spent the night feeling uncomfortable and regretting my stay. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 a.m. because I simply could not stay any longer.」

「- Location 地點 In central city, really nice location, close to the castle, market and mosque. Old / classic type, clean and confortable. The travel kit is Crabtree & Evelyn, really nice. The staffs are really willing to help, arrange the ski trip and taxi for us, thanks a lot!
