「The location was perfect for my needs. But the two rooms I’ve stayed in over three visits were poorly kept up. Holes in the wall and torn up furniture. Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. On the bright side the breakfast was delivered to my room and was excellent!」

「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」
