「First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. 「Best spot in Palermo! The location was perfect with balcony views facing the Massimo theatre. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, markets and the action. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.」
