"Very nice experience. A lovely hotel, in a great area, with a nice staff. Garage parking (not the hotel) is relatively close by and the hotel validated to give a better rate. Note that hotel (our room at least) had no AC. Not a problem for us given the weather at the time but could be tough in the summer months. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
