"Convenient location. Very nice room and bed. Staff service did not meet expectation for a hotel at this price point. Long lines for checkin, conciage made several promises that they did not keep. Staff were ignorant about EV charging facility and gave wrong information. Tables not cleared in the atrium area while several staff near by were unoccupied. "

"I’ve stayed at The Maxim in Albany a few times, and it’s always a pleasant experience with professional and friendly staff. I especially enjoy the spa area, which includes a pool, sauna, steam room, and spa. The location is very handy, and the rooms are always clean and well-equipped. They are on the compact side, so entry-level rooms might not be ideal for a long stay, but perfect for shorter visits.”"

"Motel website states Sky television. This is not the case. No air conditioning in the unit. Staff member was difficult to converse with as English was not there first language. Unit was clean and tidy. Off street parking was great."
