The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff are friendly and smile, they don’t change sheets everyday of your stay but who does that at home anyway! Prices are very fair and the rooms are comfy.

Motel website states Sky television. This is not the case. No air conditioning in the unit. Staff member was difficult to converse with as English was not there first language. Unit was clean and tidy. Off street parking was great.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival I had to ring the number on the door as I never got check in details. Then the tv didn't work & when the man there tried to see what was going on, he bought another remote - not compatible. 2nd day we asked again & he said he would get the sky man to come in. We left seeing no sky guy & no tv. The spa was green. Pool was ok - son got in a few times. No information guide in the room to see where to go & things to do in the area. Bed was clean & warm. Heater was loud as the fan rattled. Towels changed daily & rubbish emptied.

Very complicated check in. The people from the motel wanted to charge me extra $100 for using a visa debit instead of a credit card. The money had already been taken from my bank account when I booked online but they insisted I have to give then extra $100 they would refund when I check out. Looked like a scam to me. Never had something like that in NZ before.

Shower was very dirty but was cleaned when asked with no problems. Bed was very firm. We were offered another but chose to get a blanket for the bed to help... it didnt...lol

Shoppes nearby, parking was accessible. No one was on site at check-in initially and that made the process difficult. I chose this place based on the fact that it had a pool, but the pool was covered, though the weather supported an open pool. The shower leaked very bad and water was all over the floor. I left early because of this fact.
