"EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many quality hotels, but Hotel Executivo in Guadalajara, Jalisco, was truly top-notch. Starting with the warm, beautiful smiles from every staff member—from the front desk and bellmen to the restaurant and room service staff—everyone was incredibly polite, regardless of the time of day or night. Once we checked in, we found our room to be very nice and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was a welcome relief after a very long day. We will definitely be returning! Thank you (Gracias a todos ustedes por ser nos sentir muy especial, Diosito los Bendiga!) all for making us feel very special, God Bless you all! Mr & Mrs Avelar"

"Figuring out WiFi and room service were a bit harder. Had to use the QR on TV to get to them. Also, think they would have preferred I book direct with them. They wouldn't let me put a credit card on file for room service and other things. They wouldn't print a bill receipt at check out - told me to get from Expedia."

"The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and modern. The staff went above and beyond in their service. The restaurant provided exceptional service and quality, ethnic, food. Housekeeping was thorough and professional. We never used the safe. Downside, the location is near very busy streets, but we were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be staying there again."

"Checked in and was told here was no hot breakfast as advertised on Expedia, as the maid quit two weeks ago. The beds and bedding were outstanding the rest was more like a monthly boarding house with a communal kitchen, where left over breads were offered. The promised pancakes never materialized, the Togo coffee cups had no lids or sugar. I think they should not offer hotel rooms as service and amenities fall far short but focus only on monthly room rentals."

"This is a really pretty property in a nice location. The trees in the ground are specially beautiful. The rooms are quite large. The room service food that we ordered was really excellent as was the buffet breakfast. There were some maintenance issues and the gym is very much out of date, but I would definitely stay here again."
