「Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. 」

「Great condo and great communication from the management company. Only one problem. The garage stalls are marked without any order or logic. We were assigned space number one, should have been a no brainer. Took our combined efforts with security to locate it in a hidden corner behind a divider wall. 」

「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」
