Location is great, really central and convenient for most things in Old Belgrade. The staff were absolutely fantastic. And the sky bar is great. Would definitely return next time I come to Belgrade

Very enjoyable stay all begun with the very personable & helpful Milos at reception. Rooms are very spacious, modern & clean. Room wasn’t set up as ordered. No complementary water in room. Staff was rude when we requested it. Only one towel in room for 2 people as booked. Room was incredibly small. Thin walls so you could hear everything including loud music from lobby. Good location.

One of the manager escalated situation by calling the police even I had a 3 hours to check out. I had to stay a night in police and hospital then due to my medicine was in a hotel. It was unnecessary trouble and I claim she has no ide how to deal with situations without escalation. She blamed me that I don’t want to leave even I had a 3 hours at least. Regardless of what I said - she needed to wait for checkout time first.

Great location but PARKING and EV CHARGING is NOT available in the hotel despite listing. You have to go to a public place. CITY VIEW is also NOT existing in this hotel. Our window was blocked with a wall, was like a basement indeed.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön.Zimmer war sauber und die Mädels vom Housekeeping nett und aufmerksam.Das hauseigene Spa war genau richtig und ebenfalls sauber.Kleiner Abzug in der B Note.Leider wurde bei der Buchung auf meine Wünsche nicht eingegangen.Ich hatte bei Buchung nachgefragt, ob ich ein Zimmer auf selber Etage wie Restaurant kommen können, vlt war hier nichts verfügbar.Nicht so schlimm.Ansonsten ist die Lage super direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
