「經理Albert 的服務非常貼心,预早電邮溝通,得知我的到達時間,安排机場接机車輛,準備地图及介紹附近食肆,態度熱誠,值得讚賞,住宿方面,環境清淨,房間清潔,唯一不足的地方就是淋浴間的門,設計有点問題,坐厕位置令淋浴間門不能盡開,身形胖一點就進入不了,另外,廰的地毡也應該更換,太殘舊了」
