「This hotel is a true gem. Very customer focused. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. We were seated and the hot breakfast items were served to us. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and safe. Parking was right in front of our door making the unpacking and packing very easy. Happy hour was available with free beer and wine. I hope the word gets out about the LX Hotel and that it stays very busy. Staff were very professional helpful, and friendly.」

「This place was awful I dont recommend」

「The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

「Having stayed there when it was new, can say with certainty that it’s outside has deteriorated. But the inside seemed in very good condition, room was nice, clean, and comfortable with lots of thought in design and amenities. Enjoyed the stay overall, once I got past first impressions. 」

「I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. It was clean enough, oh and the air conditioning wasn't all that great either, we had the air on 70° but had to sleep without...

「The light switch broke off in my hand and noone showed to fix it. Our tub faucet was leaking about a gallon per minute and wouldn't shut off, when desk was informed they knew of the problem wasnt concerned」

「估计有些中国家庭应该光临这个酒店，因为，距离不远处，大约12分钟的车程就有一所私立学校。这个酒店设施一般。不过，交通方便，很容易找，卫生条件也是一般。最不满意的就是早餐，太简单，要杯开水都难。」
