Hotel sytem was down. Waited a long time to check in. Eventually got a room key. Bedside light non functioning. Check was complicate by the fact Hotels.com alpreny only paid the hotel for one of the rooms in spite of having a reciept for payment of both room I had to pay again

The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and ...
