The room was as big as a shoebox. I’m all for self check in but nobody was even there to help if there were problems. Too automated and impersonal.

Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba
Walkable distance to the main attraction and Namba Station which is very convenient. Express train to Namba station from Kansai airport don’t need to take another train line to get to the hotel. The room was spacious for 1 person and can lay suitcase flat. I would stay here again.
