The owner himself takes time to meet with each person/group staying on the property to welcome you and give you a run down of the island. 「This was my second time staying at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia, and once again it exceeded all expectations. I traveled solo this time and had an absolutely fabulous experience. I fully embraced everything the resort has to offer, often doing three to four different activities and fitness classes a day. There is such a great variety that it’s easy to stay motivated, energized, and inspired throughout the day.
