"The room was a bit small but did its job. Water pressure was great. 5 for cleanliness. The bar downstairs was very convenient as well. Breakfast buffet was good."

The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area. "

"I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice."

"This hotel was great! Very clean and staff very helpful. They drop off clean towels outside your door daily without asking for them if you put on the “ do not disturb” which is amazing. The location is in the middle of the Shinjuku life yet hotel is quiet. The city view is very nice and the size is comfortable even if small it is made efficiently. "

"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. It is one of the three buildings in a large joint complex. There are many good restaurants in the complex. The Japanese garden is one of the main features. Overall services are good. Washroom is a bit outdated. The light control of turning either all lights on or off is a little inconvenient. "
