「How does a hotel room come with an iron, ironing board, and a safe, but no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker? The room itself was clean, but the hallway and stairwell were another story. They need far more than a quick vacuum. The baseboards, walls, and common areas desperately need attention. And the elevator? Absolutely disgusting. I avoided it entirely and stuck to the stairs. Having the ice maker out of service in the middle of summer automatically knocks a star off any review. On...

「Great location, clean, convenient. They served a decent breakfast and I liked that the waffle maker was for mini waffles to reduce waste. I also appreciate sugar free syrup. The shower products smelled nice. I may have experienced the first hotel shower curtain that kept the water in the shower! 5* for that. The sink was a little sluggish draining. Our intent was to notify the front desk upon check-out, but the desk was unattended.」
