「I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

「On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled.
