"The King bed Suite with 2 balconies was great! The view of the beach and boardwalk was sweet. The room could've been cleaner and wouldve appreciated a rug to leave the sand and dirt at the door. We booked the place for the convenience of the location which was a prime spot and close to a lot of restaurants and stores! Wish the water pressure in the shower was better- it's one of the vacation things I always hope for."

"My husband and I travel a lot and this place amazes me. First, American run!! Secondly, the staff was beyond helpful and went above and beyond their duty. I always travel with a little fan, well I forgot I realized it as we were unpacking and really did not want to track down a Walmart or get back into traffic. The staff tracked one down at the property for me to use! They could have a said no, I would have been non the wiser. But they didn't and were super busy. Thirdly, although the building is older and not a fancy royalty hotel and things go wrong, our jucuzzi tub and AC was having issues, they immediately were on top of it and fixed ASAP. And absolutely nice about it Lastly and this takes the cake! The cleanliness! I was amazing, the next morning we were heading to beach and seen housekeeping moving every thing on hands and knees scrubbing washing baseboards and seen this the last 2 mornings. IN The bathroom the grout was WHITE!!! Anyone who travels knows what I am talking about, I never come across a bathroom with clean white grout like that.. looked new!! But wasn't The front desk although I asked a crap to. Questions were absolutely eager to help with a genuine smile and not the fake customer service like others!! WE WILL BE BACK!! Like I said it's not a royalty place but this is definitely like a family place!!! Is take friendly and helpful over glitz and glamour!! Whooohoo staff take a bow, Y'ALL ROCK!!"

"The coach was dirty but I received a text message about the stat and told Sarah the coach was dirty. The coach was cleaned the next day. Fresh towels were an issue. We asked for towels and gotten none. We asked again and got two instead of three. This was day two of our stay. Fresh towels were an issue the rest of the trip. There were little to no fresh towels at the pool. The morning service desk personnel were welcoming but the evening personnel at the service desk act like I was bothering them when I asked a question. Their phones seemed more important. This was on our first evening. We did enjoy our stay."
