「Such an amazing gem!! Incredibly clean grounds and all of the staff, and I mean all, are so kind and amazing. I’m just leaning to speak Spanish and they were so graceful in helping me with it and making sure I got the pronunciation correct. Highly recommend for beginners learning Spanish. 」

Every staff member greets you with a smile. Shuttle was at the airport with name board. Room was amazing, clean well equipped and comfortable. The only thing that could have improved was the dinner, the fried pork was dry and difficult to cut and eat (did not match the description on menu) Service was slow. 」

「Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.」

「Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. After we started eating, a staff member arrived and took our order — and we ended up having a delicious hot breakfast. We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful property.
