Room was nice and clean, being able to check-in early was a plus. The bathroom is big for Japan hotel standards, was able to full submerge into the bathtub and relax after a long day of walking. The epsom salt packets were a nice bonus!

A little disappointing for a top end hotel. The room was nice and the shower and bathroom were excellent. We paid extra to have lounge access but the lounge was nothing to speak of.
