"The staff behind the desk and everywhere else were extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and every sets I was really glad I stayed an extra day and upgraded to a room with a bathtub and windows overlooking the canal. "This hotel is beautiful. I was only staying one night and the staff upgraded me to the Dogaressa room, which was gorgeous, very clean, comfortable, and situated right over the canal so I woke up to the sound of seagulls. Breakfast the next morning was varied and delicious. The receptionist kindly helped me figure out the best way to get to the airport, which turned out to be very easy from this location. Wish I’d had longer in Venice, I would have happily had a longer stay here. They have a bar and a patio by the canal that cried out for an Aperol spritz. For those with mobility concerns, this hotel has an elevator and a staff member kindly helps you get your luggage to your room."
