Perfect location for us. A very quaint vibrant square within very close walking distance. Lots of restaurants dancing on the square. Also very close to the public water buses to take you everywhere. Right next door to the museum of natural History which was awesome. Delicious free breakfast and wonderful service.

The hotel is on a very quiet steet and short walking distance -10 min to train station and 15 min to Realto bridge. A very nice guy at the checkin desk found a spare converter for charger for us as I only had a usb cable to charge the phone (no usb or in the room). The breakfast is a simple continental but still has a variety of delicious pastries. And the barista makes really great coffee included during breakfast. The room we had was spacious with very tall ceilings, so it was easy to breath all night. All the amenities are great. Beds are comfortable. On the last night we had someone checking in in a room above us and we could hear their steps but other that that, the room was super quiet and we loved it a lot.

One of the most beautiful and charming hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. The architecture, the furniture with the window drapes, beds, artwork, walls, Morano glass chandeliers in each room. The nice included semi private breakfast was a cherry on top. The staff was friendly, the location was excellent.

I stayed in room 203 it was all red decorated, beautiful, cleans and spacious, breakfast was included and it was great ! I totally recommend this place ... 15 min walk from the train station and 15 from Rialto bridge , a lot of restaurants and a mini market around the corner...

Lovely Hotel

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the location was great! My only complaints were the shower in the master bedroom was way too small, luckily some us were able to use the larger shower in the adjoining room. Also, the bed in the master room was so firm, almost like sleeping on the floor! We still had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
