「Clean room Fresh smell upon arrival which i love… esp. smoking room! It had a modern feel … had to freshen up heater (may have been off a while) after that no issue. Good hot water. All essentials included fridge fresh and no scents… blow dryer… 9 out of 10. 5 stars from me!」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」
