Our room on the 21st floor was quite disappointing. It is in great need of an upgrade. The room looked like something from the 70's. It showed many signs of use and/or abuse. The breakfast area was a nice, updated space. It appeared clean and well stocked. I would not stay at this location again ...

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
Room was kinda dirty (stains). Could hear everything through the walls and walking down the hallway. Also room service walked in on us 2 hours after check in.
