The best thing about this property is the delightful receptionist. Pure joy she was! The access halls and elevators were enough to turn anyone away. However, being in a desperate situation I proceeded to the room which was dated but better than access areas. The rooms were okay for a 1 night stay, and area felt safe but set your expectations very low.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. They also do not inform you about the insect infestation that is terrible in the rooms. Even with pictures and proof of you not staying in the room they will still hold your money with no accommodations.

When we arrived, the first thing I did was go into the bathroom. I immediately saw 2 baby roaches. They changed our room to a different floor on the opposite side of the building. And the second room was infested with bedbugs. We did not stay. We left immediately. Worst experience ever!

Paid for a non smoking room. And got put in a room. Smelling like an ashtray. Latch lock on door was broken as well as the door lock. (Completely unsafe) anyone can come in while we sleep. Cockroaches all over the room. Had to change rooms and the second room was smelling like animal urine. Worst stay ever. I asked for a refund and got denied cuz supposedly I was lying.

I didn’t like how the hallway mats were maintained. They were very dirty and had a strong musty smell, like wet dog. I had to run at times to my room door to avoid smelling that awful scent. However then that, the staff are super friendly and pleasant. The room is actually decent.

I greatly appreciated them going above & beyond! Kudos to the staff for taking care of an important issue! Would def recommend this place & it was very quiet for all the business they had.
