Congress Plaza Hotel
No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing.

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
No air conditioning available until April. We went during spring break and it was warmer. The room was very hot and there was not a good way to cool it. The staff was not friendly.

Great spot in the shopping district. Good breakfast and nice to have the snacks and drinks for the happy hour time.
