Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool was warm. There were people being very loud in the halls after midnight. Even running up and down the halls for over 1/2 hour.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago North Shore Deerfield
Staff was great. Kids were upset that there was no bacon being served in the morning. Rooms had empty wrappers and hot Cheetos on the floor. Pool was cloudy and a lot of hair floating in it.
