"The room was spacious and clean. The welcome bar was interesting and more geared towards kids with lots of candy options, and cotton candy. So we just made a few pancakes and enjoyed some beverages. They have two really nice restaurants which were a bit pricy but looked like a huge selection of buffet style food. I dont eat meat so it wasnt worth the price for me, as most of the non-meat items were donuts, breads and a salad. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient. I originally thought we would take the train but the shuttle was direct and drops you off right near the Disney park security entrance and has a good schedule so we took the hotel shuttle to and from the parks daily. I would stay again. "

"The staff here are AMAZING - especially Akane-san and Yu-san. They helped with our luggage transfer needs, all questions, and were wonderfully sweet with our young daughter. The room was large, even by Western standards, and in an excellent location for navigating the city. Very clean and well appointed. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Tokyo!"

"This was a great room for our family of 5 while we spent our days at Disney. Our park view room allowed us to watch firework shows from both parks and the additional magic touches in the room were very exciting for my 7 year old. We stayed in 6 hotels over the course of this trip and the breakfast here was a favourite to the whole family. Would definitely stay here again!"
