「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「Chapter Chianti is beautiful grounds but still a work in progress. They are literally still making additions and upgrades. The team is new and everyone tries really hard but they are still ironing out their efficiencies. The manager is responsive and receptive to feedback. Definitely do not book the most basic room. You will need a rental car as the area is remote and there is no practical car service. Cabs to and from anywhere range €500-800. Hopefully with time and support from their...
