「Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. 「I arrived there and they put me on 2nd floor with stairs when I had requested 3 days prior first floor main building as I have for the past TEN TIMES I have stayed there. I can't climb stairs. The concierge called the manager Mr Bhatti in front of me, started speaking to him in their language about me. I told him to speak English please.
