Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「Rooms smell terrible. One of our rooms smelled of Marijuana and the other like mold. Our ed spread had stains. The door to the room you see as you come up the stair case had streak of something all the way down the door. Although we asked to switch at least one of the rooms we were told they were booked solid. Which was not true. There were rooms next to mine that were empty the entire stay.
