Pretty good, clean hotel in a very good spot, close to Ueno train station. Our room were spacious and clean. They only downside is that the hotel does not have any restaurants as far as I understand!

Only complaints are that they charge to go to the onsen (not free), and the tv in the room turns on by motion (I think...or some weird timer).
