"The hotel is very conveniently located. It is extremely close to Senso-Ji and has a metro stop within 3 mins walking distance, but is a wonderful oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. The breakfast restaurant was a decent value for the price. The staff were very friendly and efficient in wvery interaction. As a final comment: the afternoon and early evening lounge offerings (soft drinks, beer, coffee and tea) were a very pleasant way to unwind when returning each day. "

"Loved how clean the hotel was. The small space was expected so not a complaint. They give you slippers, fully sized shampoo and conditioner, and toobrushes and toothpaste. They also have a washer and dryer that cost a few hundred yen!"

"This is our second time at this hotel because of the wonderful experience we had last year. Hotel is right beside the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. From Narita airport you can take the Keisei Sky Access (not Skyliner) directly to this hotel. Nearby restaurant - Kura, and hotel is right beside Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Solamachi shopping centre which includes Kirby Cafe, Uniqlo, Loft, Plaza, and Ontisuka Tiger. Right beside Life supermarket, which is an excellent advantage! In terms of service and amenities - staff were very helpful with room upgrade, and extremely friendly. Amenities are top notch for personal hygiene, and kids pajamas and slippers can be easily requested. There are also self-service kiosks which can be used to exchange your Japanese bills to coins. Laundry services are self serve and easy to use either with coins or paying with a physical IC card. Vending machine rooms also have the ice machines and microwave available. The room was clean, spacious for our family. I think this would accommodate well for a family with two young kids. If you have older kids, you may need to review the room options more closely before booking. The staff service was one of the main reasons we came back here, and when we come to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again!! "

"We liked how clean it was and the awesome location. It felt nice to be able to come and go as many amenities were nearby. You get clean towels daily as well as trash pick up. They do offer most toilettries and they were really amazing! I wish they would offer simple breakfast, but several options are nearby at great prices. The reception is small and I wish they had more facilities like places to storage luggage (for free as there are lockers but you need to pay) and more things like mini fridges or a microwave as travelling with children, or on your own, you need to sometimes heat up food you buy or to keep your drinks cold. I loved the experience, recommend it and will definitely come back."

"Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections."
