「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「Awesome staff allowed us to check out an hour later. This is an extended stay type of place so there wasnt soap but there is a store nearby so easy fix. It was quiet and the area was clean and felt safe. Was very close to dicks sporting stadium which is why we spent the night. The room was very clean. I also like that to get access to the area where the rooms were you needed a key card. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast — it was quite basic and a bit boring. Adding more variety or some fresh options would make a big difference. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
