Room had mounds of dust, sink stopped up. television unable to shut off and the restaurants were horrible. Cocktails were bad. and the soda fountain may have not been clean the sidas weee horrible, and the rooms were so cold. We will never go back

Stonebrook Lodge Cherokee
Clean rooms all the staff was excellent. Jessica told us about a couple of good restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was good waffles and muffins .

Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for a Smoky Mountain Railroad trip. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. WiFi was ok. They also have a hot breakfast buffet. Overall, was a great place to stay.
