Clarion Hotel Conference Center Maggie Valley
No ice bucket. No wash cloths. Accessible room without a hand held shower nozzle. Handicapped parking on the other side of the drive. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Smoky Falls Lodge
Room was in the older part of hotel. It was clean and unique, but the old wood panels smelled of smoke. Place was ok, definitely not the 8.6 rated on Expedia.
