「Room is very dirty dirt and debris in the corner of the bathroom there’s black mold in the shower. The refrigerator was disgusting. The swimming pool was dirty. Would not stay there again.」

「My teenage kids and I were in Elmira for a wrestling tournament and needed adjoining rooms. Wendy at the front desk was kind and easy to talk to , readily accommodating my families needs. Rooms were immaculately clean , property was perfectly maintained , and the beds were super comfortable. This place was everything my kids and I needed at a reasonable price- if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely stay here. 」

「My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.」

「We appreciated the self serve no-frills yogurt and coffee pods in their charming dining area. The entire inn is historic. Only one point: the mattress was not supportive. If you have back issues you might need to request a room with a firm mattress. The Deckers room would not be that choice though that particular room was spacious and enchanting. Parking available and convenient. Air-conditioning and heating available. Television with Netflix via Roku.」

「When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.」
