There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

"Lounge access as we waited for earlier check in. Concierge was great help in finding the best ferry boat ride for us- super helpful with guiding how to reach the pier. Their shuttle service was a great help too. A very memorable experience!!"
