Great Place!!
This hotel was great. We stayed in several places on our New England trip, and Greyfinch was easily the best. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Loved this place!! Rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. The double sinks were an added touch! The property was well kept and the bike option was very appealing although we didn’t have time to use them. Overall a wonderful stay!

Firstly, expedia quotes a final price which is not. The manager in the office seemed somewhat bothered and disengaged. The room smelled bad and you couldn't open any windows. Smoke/fire detector in room next door was going off all morning. Notified manager and she stated she would take care of it. Returned that evening, still going off. no way anyone could sleep with that thing going off. Management office now closed. Called main number and they tried to blow us off. Had to get medeival and they then responded and turned alarm off. Breakfast voucher (15 bucks/doesn't even handle tip) was for restaurant that didn't open till 11:30am. All in all stacked up to pretty lousy stay.

Good location, nicely refurbished facility with very nice modern finishes. Unfortunately, with the refurbishment, the windows are painted shut and we were unable to open the windows to get airflow into the room. The person who checked us in was efficient but not particularly friendly and her responses to questions were terse. But, Chatham is lovely and this place is a very good value and location.

Fire pit was not on at 4 pm (per sign). Some guests took up 2 parking spaces. Too many steps around property. New bath rooms were nice. Did not use housekeeping. Grounds were nice by pool. No one at office to check out. Left keys and parking pass at room.

Enjoyed this recently renovated inn. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Although it is not located right in town, it is walkable to get there. Sister hotel for breakfast is in town was excellent.

Pleasantly Surprised Gem
We were pleasantly surprised with the renovated motel. Everything was modern and had an upscale feel. The room was huge for a double. Very clean, grounds immaculate. Staff was pleasant and on the ball when I had to call in a noise complaint. We got maid service daily and returned to fresh new towels and nice made beds each day. The location was great for us since we had no car. There are plenty of car services (Uber/Lyft) on hand but we wanted to take the 15 minute or so walk to town. This is also a 5 minute walk to the grocery store which was very convenient. Plenty of good places to eat in walking distance especially Del Mar which is diagonally across the street. This is one of those places I tell everyone to stay at.

Nice decor and location
Very clean, comfy beds. Nice pool area and close to town. The free bike usage was a nice touch even though we didnt have time to use them. We were only staing once night so i was disappointed when room wasn't ready for over an hour after checkin time. When I inquired about late checkout next day I was told I'd have to ask in the morning. (We were checking out on a Monday and the vacancy signs were up). Defeats the purpose of late check out if you have to wake up to ask if you can sleep in. Couldn't have slept in anyway since they started banging while cleaning room next door before 9.

Greyfinch vs. Highlander
The hotel is a definite upgrade from it's previous condition. It was clean and has a modern look. It is still lacking in outlets. You are only allowed to park one car which is a problem for family members coming from different states and sharing a room. There is an alternate place to park, but... I also was not told there would be a holding fee place on my card. The price is way above what it used to be and isn't worth the increase with an added "resort" fee. I'm going to look for a less expensive alternative for next year.

The motel is recently renovated so the rooms are modern and up to date. The room was spacious and well equipped. We were in town for a wedding so didn't get to use the pool but it's right up the road from downtown Chatham. I would highly recommend.

The renovations were nicely done, and the room was very clean. My recommendations are for the rooms to have microwave oven in them and for the TVs to be set up prior to arrival. Theotel should also provide more than basic channels and provide the guests the ability to sign into their streaming accounts. There are no apps on the tv

We loved our stay at Greyfinch Chatham Inn!! The room was so clean and beautiful - very unique and worth the stay. I am glad we found this place and stayed here during our time in the Cape. The staff was very nice and informative. Definitely recommend this place if you are planning on staying in Chatham, we will be back for sure!

This is the upgrade every motel on the Cape needs. The rooms have a great layout and the decorating is very nice. The pool is perfect. The possibilities are endless here. Adding a continental breakfast would make this from a 9 to a solid 10!

Beautiful traditional property made anew in a lovely New England township that sparkles with great shoppes, restaurants and amenities that beckons revisiting again and again. Slice of home - A MUST STAY!
This was our first time coming to the Cape. I must say, the Greyfinch is a must! Pool, fire pit, etc. Beautifully executed.

Exceeded my expectations!
We came to Chatham for a wedding and had a hard time finding an affordable place to stay. We went with the highlander because it seemed like the best value and it was so much better than I was expecting. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The property is so cute with beautiful trees, a nice pool, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to hang out in. Check in was easy and the service was great. Plus it’s close to everything and you can walk right into the downtown area. Overall a great experience. I highly recommended if you’re looking for something a little more affordable and Chatham and I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, but the bed was a little hard & the shower was not the best, however, the bathroom was extremely clean & updated. The room was spacious & comfortable. I only wish there was a rug or mat in the entry way where one could take off their shoes as there was a lot of snow & sand in the parking lot as it had snowed the day before. The property is VERY close to downtown Chatham....about a 10 minute walk.
