「We arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!」

「服務人員專業有禮，房間較小但還算舒適。但由於房間緊臨樹木，蚊子多。住宿期間正好波爾多氣溫溫暖，但房間內無法開冷氣，所以有點小熱，只好開門，但一開門又會有蚊子跑進來。算是最大的無奈。飯店餐廳的食物倒是超乎預期，值得讚賞。」

「L'hôtel est tout neuf, bien équipé, confortable. Le personne très sympathique et serviable. Seul point noir : l'hôtel est construit au bord de l'autoroute. Il y a des doubles fenêtres pour limiter le bruit, mais forcément on entend un peu (à noter que l'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreille)」

「Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t...
