"What I Like : Great location as it's walkable distance to American Village and Araha Beach. While the room size is not big, it's has all the things we need as a family of 3. We loved the balcony and beach front view. SImple breakfast was included every morning. There was also free parking space within the premises. The staffs that we met during our stay all spoke good English and very courteous in offering excellence service. Area for Improvement : Perhaps they can provide larger supply of laundry detergent in bottle instead of small packets for environmental and convenience reason. For longer stay (3 nights and more), I wish they could offer a quick room cleaning service. The additional parking space (about 150 meters away from the hotel) could be better maintained as I encountered dog/cat faeces on the parking ground with lingering smell. "
