"This hotel was a very nice surprise, and all positive reviews are true. Very clean, updated, good size rooms with balcony and kitchenette, AC, about 25 min walk to American and a very reasonably priced. "
"Even with a late flight arrival Ms Stay staff made arrangements for me to check-in “after hours.” Staff extremely helpful. Upon check in, the room was spotless. Would definitely stay at the property again."
"Going to say this was the best stay so far in Japan. The bed was comfortable and the communication was great. I recommend this place for anyone visiting here. "

10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was extremely helpful after our luggage was lost. There were many restaurants close by and always an Uber within 2 minutes."
"I really enjoyed my stay here! It was my first time at a hostel in Japan. The showers could be cleaned in between people and that could be over demanding but when girls wash their hair, it tends to stay in the shower. If shower shoes were an option, that would be great! Other than that, check in was super easy, as well as check out and the staff were super nice and friendly with big smiles! If I do backpacking again, I’ll definitely stay here again! I’ll bring my own shower shoes too LOL! "
"This hotel had a huge room for a Japanese hotel. Usually hotel rooms are the size of the bed with a bathroom. Size was comparable to USA hotel room. During certain hours, hotel offers free tea and popsicles. There is a beach right next door. Not the best beach, but it is next door. For a fee, there is a rooftop infinite pool with amazing views. Staff at the pool was nice enough to let us stay past hours to watch a fireworks show. We really appreciated that. Parking was a little crazy. They have underground parking and a street level parking lot. Usually all the spots are taken by late afternoon. But don’t worry, they have a valet at no extra charge. There are decent restaurants near by. There is Aeon supermarket that is walkable. Overall, great place to stay. "

"It was a great experience. Close to the beach and American Village. You walk along the sea wall, watch the summer fireworks from your balcony, and enjoy their vast and diverse breakfast buffet. We enjoyed staying here and the staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were so kind from our check in to our late room service deliveries to our check out."
