"チェックインして　部屋の匂いが気になり　窓を開けようとしたら　全ての窓下はきだしレールに虫の死骸がビッシリで　風が入ると　部屋に入ってきてもおかしくない状態だったので　 なくなく、掃除しました　 その他　全体的に　汚れている箇所が　目につき　清掃不十分だと思います　施設とのやりとりも チェックアウトの時間に関して　何度もメールがきましたが　この件で　メールをしたら　一切　返信もなかったです　海の側で　ゆったりできる所なので　清掃　換気など　改善されていけば　よい施設なのに　、、、残念と感じました "

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. "Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside Park for safe, well-lit evening walks. The room could use a bit of updating but didn’t detract from the great experience. Highly recommended!"
