「Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.」

「ブハラ観光の拠点、ラビハウズのすぐ近くにある大型高級(?)ホテル。 赤絨毯が敷かれた階段を上り、ホテルに入ると豪華なフロントがあり、ジェントルマンがゆっくり丁寧な英語でチェックイン手続きを進めてくれる。 部屋は広く、海外のホテルでは珍しく歯ブラシがあったり、寝巻きが用意されているため、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊できる。部屋以外には、(利用していないが)プールやunder the moon barなど、リゾートホテルのような施設もある。 また、朝食会場も非常に豪華絢爛。メニューは少ないが、目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれたり、温かいおかずがあったり、朝食としては十分な内容。 ウズベキスタンを再訪することはないかもしれないが、再訪することがあればもう一度宿泊したい。 ※ただ、日本の基準では考えられないトラブルもある。 宿泊中に経験したのは①朝、起きると停電していた、②シャワーを浴びていると急に湯が出なくなった。 あくまでも、ウズベキスタン基準で非常に快適なホテルだと認識していただきたい。」

「This is a family run establishment and they're lovely - the service is excellent (they went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue with train tickets), breakfast is very good (they have an espresso machine). I'd stay there again.」
