「The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. 「Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.」

「I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out.
