「The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel.
