「Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a good variety of food, everything was fresh and tasty. I also liked the terrace — the view over Bukhara is very nice, especially in the evening. 」

「シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群の目の前にあります。入口までは歩いて１分程度。ビビハニム・モスクなども徒歩圏内。観光地巡りには便利です。ホテル自体も対応良し。このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれます。スタッフは英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションもOK。部屋は完全に独立した２部屋に分かれていて、なぜかトイレも２つ。一人利用でしたので持て余し気味でしたが清潔で快適でした。バスタブがあったのが一番の感激。日本人にはうれしい装備ですね。日本人の方は全く見かけませんでしたが、お勧めのホテルです。夜間にレギスタン広場周辺で食事をして、徒歩で戻りました。ホテルまでの道のりは暗いですが、治安の良さを感じました。」

「I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick 」
