「The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Labi Hovuzから徒歩数分にあり、古いマドラサをホテルにリノベーションした雰囲気のよいホテルです。若いスタッフたちは英語でのコミュニケーションに堪能で、なにも困ることはありませんでした。 ただ、設備は十分ではなく、冷蔵庫は壊れていました。マドラサだったために部屋は狭く、窓がないため、息苦しさが感じられます。朝食は7:30からなので、朝早く出発したい場合は不便です。 総じていえば、料金に見合ったホテルとは言いがたく、マドラサに宿泊する経験を得ること以外に特におすすめはできません。」

「Habitación limpia y grande. No obstante, el personal se negó a buscar un objeto que olvidé en el alojamiento, no me dieron ninguna respuesta. Además, solicité un desayuno para llevar, y a la hora a la que debía recibirlo, no había nadie para dármelo. The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me. 「Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.」

Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast top notch. When in Bukhara this hotel is a MUST. Everything is within a walking distance, great location, quiet and safe.」

「シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群の目の前にあります。入口までは歩いて１分程度。ビビハニム・モスクなども徒歩圏内。観光地巡りには便利です。ホテル自体も対応良し。このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれます。スタッフは英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションもOK。部屋は完全に独立した２部屋に分かれていて、なぜかトイレも２つ。一人利用でしたので持て余し気味でしたが清潔で快適でした。バスタブがあったのが一番の感激。日本人にはうれしい装備ですね。日本人の方は全く見かけませんでしたが、お勧めのホテルです。夜間にレギスタン広場周辺で食事をして、徒歩で戻りました。ホテルまでの道のりは暗いですが、治安の良さを感じました。」

「I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick 」

The hotel is just steps away from the historic city center - perfect for sight-seeing and shopping for local crafts. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee/tea pot and good WiFi. The hotel’s rooftop terrace has a stunning view of the city’s historic architecture. I went up to take photos multiple times.
