「Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

「We loved our stay as a family, the hotel is well located for a trip to Anfield . The staff for very friendly and helped with all our enquiries . We will definitely be returning」

「The room was exactly what we needed. We were only there 3 nights to see the football. The area itself is not great but the hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel inside has had a revamp so all new amenities etc. we felt safe in hotel. Security and lock up is well done. Entrance is on side of hotel.」

「The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...
