Front desk was professional and helpful. However we were not informed when our room was ready after an hour wait. Nice sized and well appointed except room needs a second chair. Restaurant MICO was very good and roof top bar had good drinks and desserts

I just had a problem with the romance package the rose pedals was not in the room when we got there. Everything else was a once the front desk was notified of the problem they handled it quick! Other than that everything was perfect !

We loved our stay! The hotel is simple, but so clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was soft and perfect. Friendly staff and easy access by train or Uber to the convention center.
